What does he think of his side job at YourSolution?
« I’ve been working for YourSolution since October 2022 at ANWB. I started at the Member Service Center, where I handled customer service calls. After that, I moved to the Engagement Hub, where we manage ANWB’s social media. I still really enjoy this work.
I find working at YourSolution very pleasant. I like the company because it’s full of young people, which makes for a really fun and social atmosphere. For example, after-work drinks are regularly organized — and I’m definitely a big fan of those. I also think the work processes are always super clear. For instance, I can easily indicate my availability and submit my worked hours in the app, which makes everything a lot easier. »
« In the end, choosing YourSolution was a great decision. As I mentioned, it’s a young company with a great working atmosphere. Many students work there, which can lead to new connections that might help you in the future. There are also lots of opportunities to grow, which was especially important to me. I’ve worked since I was 14 — in a stroopwafel shop and for a butcher. I always enjoyed those jobs, but since my ambitions weren’t in those sectors, I wanted a job that could help me move forward. I believe I found that job at YourSolution. »
